Is the monthly subscription fee billed separately from SMS, RCS and Whatsapp fees?

The subscription fee covers platform access and features, while SMS, Rich Media SMS (RCS), WhatsApp charges refer to the costs of sending individual messages which are billed by the network provider, this is billed on your wallet for SMS and RCS and by facebook for WhatsApp

Do you charge based on the number of contacts in my list?

No, we do not charge based on the number of contacts in your list. Our pricing at Tracksend is primarily based on the volume of messages you send and the features you require. You can have an unlimited number of contacts in your list without incurring any additional charges.

Are there any discounts based on the high volume messages I plan to send?
