No, we do not charge based on the number of contacts in your list. Our pricing at Tracksend is primarily based on the volume of messages you send and the features you require. You can have an unlimited number of contacts in your list without incurring any additional charges.
We provide assistance to customers on all plans through our chat or support email. However, it’s important to note that response times may vary for customers on Priority Support, who benefit from omnichannel support and faster response times.
